 Greetings to one and all today we are going to discuss TOP 8 POOR ADVERTISMENT COMMERCIALS were companies faced huge Disasters in the market. So without any delay let's jump into the topic, this is  Sasikiran if you like to read more blog's of mine stay tuned to my blogspot. 

1) DOVE

Dove failed to Advertise their beauty product with diversity. As in the following picture and GIF it is clearly in the three second facebook advertisement in October 2017. Dove faced a disaster after demonstrating a black women turning white. 
which cased to protest in social media in United States and some Europe countries and boycotted the product of the brand.





2) H&M

In January 2018, H&M company launched their fashion collection in which they launched a cool hooded top which cased the center for the racism which is printed with the tagline " COOLEST MONKEY IN THE JUNGLE". Before it was officially removed by H&M it was spread all over the social media and people did protests against the commercial through Social media protests.


3) Hyundai

In 2013 Hyundai posted an ad commercial stating "Our cars are so safe you can't commit suicide in them". This statement was so controversial to suicides which made the company to face huge disaster in the social media.


4) Maruti Versa

Maruti was a big Indian gaint in car manufacturing industries but due to poor strategy of choosing Amitab Bachan for the ad commercial it loose it's brand power. The car It looks like a mini van which will not choose as a status symbol and Amitab Bachan was such a big star and he didn't use those vehicles for travel which made a disastrous image in the people mind towards the brand and no sales for the car when compared to other car models of the company.





5) Whitehat Jr

Recently we Indian's saw a advertisement of Whitehat Jr which again hurt the feelings of Investors cased by the ad where many investors across the globe are fighting to invest in the application and that too made by a small boy which is also hurt the feelings of the engineering students of India.






6) Tata Nano

The tata nano is also failed due to the poor advertisement campaign they gave a poor tag line that is "The Cheapest Car". In India car is a symbol of status and by branding as cheapest car they faced disaster and people started thinking it is waste of money to by the car. The looks of the car was quite similar to auto rickshaw so people didn't show interest to buy the car


7) Gillette

On january 2019 the gillette launched a short film in their official youtube channel as the #metoomoment was on hype instead of celebrating the manhood they also concentrated on the moment going on click the below button to view the commercial. 

8) Vimal Pan Masala

In the advertisement of vimal pan masala ajay devgan was been endorsed and people who started seen the commercial didn't digest it. We know Ajay Devgan will not use the product and This kind of product will not suite for him but then still they are running the same advertisement campaign.
